Inside, the Kabaret night club’s amazing sculptural red walls flicker and pulse with internal “flames” to suggest the dominant FIRE element. The EARTH element is suggested by custom stalactite-like cones, made from translucent spandex which twinkle and fade from internal LEDs. Suspended linear wisps drift overhead with color and movement to suggest AIR. These wisps interact with a mosaic of mirror tiles, which play abstracted video from 64-pixel LED tiles for another exciting innovation. WATER drops are suggested by 600 custom frosted glass raindrops, splashing programmable color to paint a showering composition. The water-themed restaurant’s translucent ceiling reveals projected waves and 6’ glass water drops, while the bar top flows with internal river-like illumination. Large sweeping stepped coves flow throughout the entire gaming floor as clouds, with giant illuminated columns suggesting trees.
The color palette and movement of each element occasionally takes over the entire 180,000sf of public space in an energetic climax, and the casino visually dances to choreographed music or bursts with celebrations triggered by big winnings. Massive 45’ slot toppers are integrated into extensive programming, involving 20 distinct lighting features having 41,000 LED fixtures which use 120,000 data channels. This casino is a stunning symphony of light, movement and excitement that blends kinetic elements with sculpted architectural features to provide the ultimate gaming environment.
