The abstract themes of “river” and “wind” are brought to life in this modern casino with dynamic lighting effects of color and pure imagination. The color-changing ‘swoops’ can be seen from miles away as one approaches the RiverWind Casino, creating a draw to the casino from the kinetic flows; first in a warm wind palette of colors, then a cool river palette, and finally a spectacular celebration. Continuing the dramatic flow, colors splash on the ceiling of the Porte Cochere as guests make their way into the Casino.

Inside, ribbons of the theme colors stream across the ceiling, while overhead sails drift along with the flow of colors. These prove customers with distinctive areas to try their luck, pulling them from one area of the casino to another. At the “Energy Bar” the excitement of light is pumped up to high gear with energetic lighting that is choreographed to ‘explode’ at regular time intervals. The energy is captured with a circular metal beaded curtain that dances with the color-changing lights, while projectors within a center glass sculpture dazzle and bounce around the dome ceiling. This creates a dynamic show with light dancing around the bar to give everyone a sense of anticipation and celebration.
